We hope you love your Poppin’ hues manicure! If something isn’t a perfect match, we’re happy to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and safety, returned items must be:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original condition

• Please note that Custom Size orders are not eligible for returns, as they are packed and tailored specifically for you.
  

We cannot accept opened or used products.

Gift With Purchase: If your order included a free gift with purchase, please return the gift as well (unopened and unused) to qualify for a refund. If your return brings the order subtotal below the minimum spend required for the promotion, the free gift will no longer apply.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Options

Choose the option that works best for you:

• $5.99 flat-rate return label* (deducted from your refund), or

• Free return when you choose store credit

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@poppinhues.com with your order number, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Return shipping labels are free when you choose store credit, or $5.99 when your order is refunded to your original payment method (the $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund). Once your return is received, we’ll confirm the items are unopened and unused, and process your refund or store credit right away. 

*For unusually large or excessive returns, additional return shipping fees may apply. We’ll always notify you before processing.
