We’re so excited to ship your Poppin’ hues goodies! All orders are packed with care and shipped from the East Coast. We do everything we can to get your order out quickly.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)

• Free shipping on orders $55+

• $5.99 flat-rate shipping on orders under $55
  

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.

Because some of our nail essentials contain ingredients that are subject to transportation restrictions, all Poppin’ hues orders are shipped via ground service. Expedited air shipping is not available.

Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier-provided estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier performance.

Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Free Sizing Sheets

Ordering a Sizing Sheet on its own? It ships free via standard letter mail and does not include tracking.

If you add a Sizing Sheet to another order, it will ship together with the rest of your Poppin’ hues goodies.

Delivery Issues

Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier manages the delivery. If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate updates.
